| Current Employment: Mr. Viti is currently employed by Cox Radio Interactive – at CXRi – where he works with the Senior System Administrator to maintain web and office infrastructure; and with the station engineers to install and develop new hardware platforms on site. Additionally, Danny installs new applications, and troubleshoots and repairs application bugs. |
| Services Provided: Danny has presided over the technological formation and development of AREA companies since the inception of AREA in 1994. He has played, and continues to play, a significant role in maintaining AREA’s leadership and dominance in integrating real estate learning and technology. He is currently in an advisory role to assist and provide guidance on infrastructure and application development decisions. |

General Information: Danny has been on the “bleeding” edge of technology and information systems for over 12 years now (since 1994). Prior to working with Cox and BeyondZ, Danny was with The Weather Channel for 4 years as a Senior Application Developer in the Next Generation Department. Prior to that, he was a registered real estate appraiser. |

| Hobbies and other interests: Danny enjoys spending time with his family, playing softball, traveling, woodworking, and wrestling – with technology. |
