General Information: Mr. Viti has been involved in the Atlanta Real Estate market as an appraiser, broker, builder, home inspector and educator for over thirty years. His broad background and vast experience enhances the student's classroom experience. Mr. Viti taught at Georgia State University in the early 80s and more recently taught for 10 years with another prominent local real estate school. He has created and taught a variety of real estate sales, broker, and appraisal - license law, continuing education, and exam prep courses as well as home inspection courses. |

| Education: Juris Doctor from Atlanta Law School, Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University, a graduate of the US Navy’s Nuclear Power School and Stranahan High School in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. |
