Grace M. Crenshaw is a Georgia Certified Residential Real Property Appraiser (258802), as well as a Georgia State Licensed Real Estate Salesperson (261421) and Registered Home Inspector. Specializing in commercial appraisals, Ms. Crenshaw performs appraisal and consulting services for many types of properties including manufacturing facilities, warehouses, shopping centers, restaurants, multi-family housing developments, subdivision land and vacant land to name just a few.

After earning her license as a Real Property Appraiser in 2002, Ms. Crenshaw furthered her real estate education by obtaining her Real Estate Salesperson license in 2003. In 2004, she completed the Georgia Instructor Training workshop to become a State Licensed Appraiser Instructor. Additional continuing education courses include FHA Appraisal Techniques, Pre-certification, Real Estate Industry Trends and regular USPAP updates.

Prior to her venture into real estate, Ms. Crenshaw spent thirtteen years in the telecommunications industry. She is presently a member of The National Association of Real Estate Appraisers and owner of Crenshaw Appraisal Associates.
