Current Employment: Nikki Eggerton, School Administrator, for America's Real Estate Academy, Inc. handles the customer service for the corporate office, assisting all students and clients with their real estate education needs. She facilitates all administrative efforts regarding the appraisal mentoring program, including maintenance of state required experience logs. In addition, Nikki assists with corporate accounting and updates the school websites. |
General Information: Nikki is a very creative and personable individual who has utilized her administrative skills in several past positions including: as a credit investigator, a Branch Assistant for a mortgage company, and working in computer services prior to joining AREA. She has a drive to learn and a passion for technology and has mastered several computer programs through self teaching. Nikki particularly enjoys designing with Adobe Photoshop. |

| Hobbies/Family Indulgence: “Married for 12 years to my wonderful husband, Brian, with 2 terrific children, Taylor - 11 and Alayna - 6. Our family goes cosmic bowling every Saturday night, sometimes with other families in the neighborhood. I enjoy taking my son, Taylor (and soon my daughter as well) to concerts – together we’ve been to Good Charlotte (twice), Collective Soul, Cake, Matchbox 20 and Smashmouth. Laynie and I like to color together (we’re both very good at staying in the lines) and we all love baking cookies and making brownies. Roller Coasters are another favorite pastime.” |
